TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to I LASERLAB. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our official website and any commercial transactions, orders, or purchases made via safe payment links provided directly by us. By accessing this website or executing a payment through our provided link, you ("Buyer") agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

ARTICLE 1 (GENERAL PROVISIONS)
This website serves as an official corporate introduction and information platform for I LASERLAB ("Seller"), a registered manufacturer of medical and aesthetic devices in the Republic of Korea. While the primary method of international transaction is Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), these Terms specifically apply to alternative credit card transactions facilitated via secure payment links for the convenience of global clients.

ARTICLE 2 (ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PAYMENTS)
1. All commercial orders, technical transfers, or equipment purchases require mutual written confirmation, Proforma Invoice (P/I), or an official sales contract before a payment link is generated.
2. The Buyer must provide accurate, current, and complete billing, corporate, and contact information.
3. Payments must be processed through the authorized and secure Payment Gateway (PG) link officially issued by Seller.

ARTICLE 3 (SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS)
1. Shipping terms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF, CIF-Airport) and international carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, TNT, or air/sea freight forwarders) shall be determined individually per specific transaction and stated on the Proforma Invoice.
2. Seller shall provide the Buyer with official shipping documents, including but not limited to, the Bill of Lading (B/L), Air Waybill (AWB), or carrier tracking number immediately upon shipment dispatch.
3. Proof of dispatch by the carrier (issuance of B/L, AWB, or carrier's "picked up/scanned" status) shall constitute conclusive evidence of delivery to the Buyer. The risk of loss, damage, or customs delays transfers completely to the Buyer upon handover to the carrier.

ARTICLE 4 (STRICT NO-CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY)
1. Due to the highly specialized, industrial, and medical-grade nature of our equipment and components, ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AND NON-CANCELLABLE once the payment link transaction is authorized.
2. No refunds, returns, or order cancellations shall be permitted unless a latent manufacturing defect is proven and acknowledged by Seller in a signed written agreement within seven (7) days of delivery.
3. Authorized returns or warranty service parts shall be processed strictly in accordance with Seller’s standard technical warranty policy, and the Buyer shall bear all round-trip international shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.

ARTICLE 5 (PROTECTION AGAINST UNJUST CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES)
1. The Buyer explicitly agrees not to initiate fraudulent, unjust, or administrative credit card chargebacks or payment reversals with their issuing bank under claims of "non-delivery" or "unauthorized transaction" once Seller has provided valid proof of shipment (B/L, AWB, or tracking log).
2. In the event of an unjust chargeback claim initiated by the Buyer, the Buyer shall be legally liable to indemnify Seller for the full invoice value, plus any administrative PG fines, chargeback processing fees ($100 USD per occurrence), and legal expenses incurred by Seller to resolve the dispute.
3. Seller reserves the right to withhold any product shipments, technical support, or software updates until all disputed balances are cleared in full.

ARTICLE 6 (GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION)
These Terms, along with any individual transaction conducted thereunder, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any legal disputes or claims arising from or relating to transactions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Republic of Korea.

ARTICLE 1 (INFORMATION WE COLLECT)
We collect essential business and contact information provided voluntarily by you during corporate inquiries, proforma negotiations, or payment link generation. This information includes:
- Authorized Representative Name, Corporate Email Address, Phone/Fax Numbers, and Official Company Name.
- Commercial Shipping Address, Billing Address, and Corporate Registration details.

*CREDIT CARD DATA SECURITY NOTE: We do not collect, capture, view, store, or process any credit card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, or sensitive transaction credentials. All credit card processing is handled directly and securely via encrypted protocols by our authorized third-party Payment Gateway (PG) service provider complying with global security standards.

ARTICLE 2 (PURPOSE OF USE)
The collected information is utilized solely for the following commercial purposes:
- Processing international transactions, verifying orders, and generating secure remote payment links.
- Arranging international freight, preparing customs documentation, and distributing shipment tracking data.
- Managing technical support, product warranty inquiries, and corporate communications.
- Complying with mandatory financial auditing, anti-money laundering (AML) protocols, and export control regulations of the Republic of Korea.

ARTICLE 3 (DATA SHARING AND RETENTION)
1. We do not sell, trade, or lease your corporate or personal data to external marketing firms.
2. Information is shared strictly with essential third parties required to execute your contract: authorized PG companies for transaction clearance, and global courier/freight forwarders for physical product delivery.
3. We retain your transaction-related records only for the duration required to satisfy statutory financial, tax, and corporate accountability laws in South Korea.
